John, Common, T-Pain will perform at OurTime.org’s Inaugural Youth Ball the “Generation Now Party”
Days before President Barack Obama is sworn in for his second term, OurTime.org will bring Hollywood to the District with a night of exciting performances and festivities for its Inaugural Youth Ball.
Grammy Award- winning artists John Legend and Common along with T-Pain will be among the various artists performing at OurTime’s Generation Now Party on January 19. The kick-off event on January, which will be hosted by Will.i.am, celebrates the impact young American voters had on the recent presidential election. The star-studded gala will be held at the National Portrait Gallery, starting at 8 p.m.
For those not familiar with OurTime.org, it is a non-partisan political engagement organization that aims to empower young Americans in the political process. The Generartion Now party will raise awareness of the issues currently facing the millennial generation and the importance of their ongoing participation in civic life.
