R&B singer Keyshia Cole is returning to the reality show world with BET featuring her hubby, NBA player Daniel Gibson called “Family First.”
Coles’ first show “The Way It Is” kicked off another show featuring her mom and sister. That show only lasted a season but Frankie and Neffe were truly entertaining.
After 3 seasons, Cole called it a day, wanting to focus on her music career. Musically, she’s been in the dumps. Her first three albums all went platinum, but her 2010 album, “Calling All Hearts,” generated no hits. She has since gotten married and had a son. The shine hasn’t been the same since she left the show after 3 seasons.
The six-episode series will allow viewers to see the singer at her most vulnerable.
Family First will be executive produced by James DuBose of DuBose Entertainment, along with Cole, Gibson and Michele Barnwell.
