Now that he’s out of rehab, Chris Brown has a plan to keep working on his anger-management issues
Just 16 days after he voluntarily checked into treatment for his anger problems, the “Don’t Judge Me” singer checked out Thursday. This was a drastically abbreviated stay at a Malibu rehab facility, where TMZ reported he could have spent up to three months in treatment.
Although Chris has to speak out on the experience, a rep from his camp told US Weekly, “Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.”
Chris celebrated his release (and his new lease on life) during a night out with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran. He sought out treatment for his anger issues after her being charged with misdemeanor assault. The charge stems from a fight in Washington D.C. last month. While that situation could endanger the terms of his probation, Chris is getting back to work on his court-ordered community service from his 2009 case involving Rihanna.
