TMZ is reporting that a judge just revoked Chris Brown’s probation! This is all stemming from the hit and run incident in May when Breezy allegedly refused to give the other driver his driver’s license information.
Chris was not taken into custody however. He has been released on his own recognizance, and was ordered to appear in court on August 15 when the judge will determine whether he violated his probation.
If the judge finds that Chris violated his probation, the singer faces up to four years in prison. The probation stems from the original charges against him for the 2008 fight with Rihanna.
Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos is expected to be hosting a news conference outside his office in a few moments.
The Urban Daily will continue to update this story as information becomes available.
